Sometimes we are asked what we do with the money we collect. Contrary to what is occasionally said, we do not drink it! Over the years DDMM have supported a number of different charities, normally local ones. These have included the Woodland Trusts, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Macmillan Nurses, the Wishbone Trust, Emmaus, Cambridge Dial-a-Ride, and Headway Cambridgeshire.
From 2015 we are going to be supporting Jimmy's Cambridge.
Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, Jimmy’s is the only emergency accommodation provider in Cambridge. They offer a warm, welcoming environment to 22 people (and two dogs) who would otherwise be forced to sleep rough or in inappropriate or inadequate conditions. Since 1995, they have worked with over 7,000 different people. For further information please look at the web-site (link above), phone 01223 576085 or email info [at] jimmyscambridge.org.uk.

Thus the more you give, the more we can give them!
