| For many years East Cambridgeshire has been twinning with Kreis Viersen in Germany, to the west of Düsseldorf. DDMM have been to twinning celebrations or festivals several times since 1979, most recently in 2002 (see photos). This year we were again honoured to be invited to take part in both the festival 'Klingende Altstadt' and the celebrations of 25 years of the Twinning Association. We had a great time and are most grateful to Stadt Kempen for their wonderful hospitality.
